This feature allows you to view Document statistics such as the document description, last generation date, number of document generated and the operator who generated the documents.

On the Main or Home Screen of CollectMax,
Click the 
button to display the Document Statistics Main/Home Screen View.
A list of all documents generated will be listed in alphabetic order listing the last generation date, who last generated it and how many have been generated since the start of tracking document statistics.
If a document is not listed on this list, it has not been generated since the initialization of tracking. This process will not go back and total the number of times a document generated in the past.
